Now soak the nozzle in acetone for about 15 minutes. After that wipe out all the residual acetone or let it vaporize itself before start using it again. Well, a manufacturer will always give you a clean filament and you can use them directly however opening and closing the bag will call dust particles inside. These dust particles in your filament will burn when they go inside the hot end nozzle and cause it to jam after a period of time. You should keep your filament in an airtight bag to keep them clean.
