Microsoft MS-202: How to Pass Transition Exam If You Have Practice Tests at Your Disposal?

But before that, you could pass both tests and get the Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate credential. But what was the MS-202 exam? What is the Microsoft MS-202 exam?

The Exam-labs candidates for the Microsoft MS-202 certification exam werethe messaging administrators who configure, deploy, troubleshoot, manage, and monitor permissions, mail protection, public folders, mail flow, and recipients in both Cloud and on-premises enterprise environments. The test had about 40-60 questions like all the other Microsoft exams. You had to answer different types of questions within 2 hours.

As for the topics, the Microsoft MS-202 exam was based on five major knowledge domains:

  1. Managing modern messaging infrastructure – 20-25%;
  2. Planning and implementing a hybrid configuration and migration – 20-25%;
  3. Managing recipients and devices – 10-15%;
  4. Managing mail flow topology – 5-10%;
  5. Securing messaging environments – 35-40%.

The exam fee was smaller than for other Microsoft certification test. You needed to pay only $99, pass the exam, and the credential could be yours. Of course, the price could differ from one country to another due to the taxation policies. Like all the other Microsoft tests, MS-202 was offered through Pearson VUE.
