An enterprise is having bulks of data to transfer and make changes on a daily basis required huge storage, fastest network, and large servers. In this fastest era of technology, the end user who uses the data requires the data to be accurate giving answers to his questions in a better way.
There Comes the use of Data Visualization. Tableau Desktop from Tableau is on such a data visualization tool that automatically converts data from the database and creates graphical representation and also acts in a reverse way of converting images into data.
There is no need for any technical resource to sit and write long codes. Data shared is all highly secured as it is shared on a single cloud-based common library. The enterprise can integrate with other data management tools that already exists with them using drag and drop mechanism.
We have already said bye bye to many computers asserts right from floppy disks to CD/DVD. Similarly, enterprises also said goodbye to old spreadsheets, graphs, and charts, etc. We have shifted from 32 bit to 64 bit operating system.
Tableau Desktop does things differently.
Rather than using a long query to get the required information visual, Tableau uses drag and drop functions to make more accurate and sophisticated visualizations on Data called VizQL.

Tableau’s Data visualization is diagrammatically different.
Tableau dashboard creates a bunch of pivot tables and put them on separate worksheets and then connected each of them to Tableau to make the charts with.
Generally, smartphones do not’ support well for dashboards because of the small canvas, but the Tableau App, we have story points which are in size of 350 x 600 for the story and 320 x 460 for each the dashboards. Each dashboard has further interacted with concerned departments like sales, region wise and organization wise.
This is a cloud based tool with built in data connectors. The single sign-on authentication validates every time about your authorization.

The Big data BI software that puts data into the hands of the people who need it as needed The Tableau’s ability to answer the user questions quickly and easily with rich Excel sheets and powerful dashboards shared securely across the departments/ verticals of an enterprise. IT teams can manage data and metadata centrally, control access permissions and scale up to production deployments.
The highly scalable, multiple-tiered client-server architecture serves mobile, web clients and desktop-installed clients for all business analytics platform on data by hundreds to thousands of users.
Organizations with different kind of data environment maintaining large data warehouses containing live databases and Excel uses Tableau platform where all of these can work simultaneously.
Tableau includes some optimized data connectors and universal ODBC connector.
Tableau modes for interacting with data can be a Live connection or In-memory driven. Users can switch them as per their choice.
Live connections send dynamic SQL statements directly to the source database asking the client to make the front-end data analytics. In-memory connect directly with the data and with one click you can extract your data, Tableau’s Data Engine achieves fastly to the query
response made on data rows and access RAM and cache memory to fetch the data.
Four server processes handle the entire work of Tableau:
1. Application Server:
2. VizQL Server:
3. Data Server:
4. Gateway/ Load Balancer
Application Server processes file- wgserver.exe that handles the browsing and data access permissions for the web and mobile interfaces.
When a user wants to view the data, a server checks for the user access permissions and then allow viewing. Once a file/data is opened, the client sends a request to the VizQL process a file vizqlserver.exe.
It then sends queries to the data source that is centrally managed and maintained with metadata. When it is passed to the Gateway Server, it routes the client requests to another client system that can be desktop, mobile or computer.
